All purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund policy. If you change your mind whatever the reason, return the item with the original receipt and in its original packaging unused and we will offer you an exchange or refund. Please note that items must be unworn, clean and with all original tags and labelling attached. With internet sales the 14 days starts from the day of dispatch. We recommend that items being returned by post be sent by a trackable delivery service as we are not responsible for goods in transit to us. All costs must be covered by the customer. We can only offer a refund or exchange if we can sell the returned products as new. If on receipt of a returned item it is clear that our terms and conditions have not been adhered to then the goods will be returned to you at your own expense without a refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order within 7 working days. If an item proves to be faulty then please contact us with the details, we will then pay for the item to be returned and a replacement will be sent. Alternatively you can telephone our sales team on 0845 833 81 82 who will be happy to help and advise you. Your goods are normally packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail to your delivery address the next working day. A standard delivery charge of £7.00 is applied to all UK orders under £75.00. All orders over £75.00 are delivered free of charge. Snowbiz reserves the right cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, we may also change or discontinue the availability of products at any time. |
