Terms & Conditions

Remittance terms

Snowbiz accepts most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. Full payment for items purchased, inclusive of delivery charges, will be taken when the order is placed. Please be aware the contract is not legally binding until goods have been dispatched. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Credit/debit card security

Snowbiz accepts credit and debit cards through our payment service provider. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls.

Customer order information policy

Protecting your order information is a priority for us, so we make every effort to protect your order online by using a secure sockets layer technology. SSL encrypts your order online to avoid any decoding of that information of anyone other than the necessary processing parties. To check the security of your connection, look at the status bar of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock then, depending upon your browser, SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser – while accessing a secure server the first characters of the address will change from HTTP to HTTPS. Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communications through secure servers. In that case you will be unable to connect to the server so you will not have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
