Delivery Information

Special offer - Free delivery on orders over £75.00 applies to UK mainland only.

1. UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, City Link, Yodul, TNT, Interparcel, FedEx, Hermes, Interlink express, DPD, UPS and DHL.
Next-day and Saturday deliveries, are insured, traceable and require a signature.
If there is no one at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery.
Alternatively, if you know you will not be at home to receive your delivery, when you place your order simply supply an address that can receive the item on your behalf instead.

Delivery Times

Delivery of your item is subject to stock availability from our warehouse. Where stock has to be picked from one of our suppliers, the delivery time may be extended. For goods out of stock, we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 1 working day of receiving the order. Customers will be made aware of their expected delivery time at the time of ordering and via email communication sent directly to the supplied email address.

Standard Delivery

All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday-Friday. Delivery of orders to UK addresses typically takes 3-5 working days from when the order is placed, if the item is in stock in our warehouse. If the item is not in stock in the warehouse, but is in stock with one of our suppliers, delivery typically takes 3-7 working days from when the order is placed. The delivery period for sale items may be extended by 1 or 2 working days. While we make every effort to deliver items on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept any liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other cost incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will endeavour to contact you by email or phone to let you know.

Next-day and Saturday delivery

All next-day delivery orders placed before 12.00pm will be dispatched that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 12.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Next-day delivery is made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and items will require a signature upon delivery. Saturday delivery is made between 8am and 6pm, and items will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one at home, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery. Free Delivery Orders:

In the case of a free delivery order being returned to us for a refund for any reason other than faulty items, £6.95 will be deducted from the total amount to cover shipping costs.

2. Europe and Rest of the World

For International orders, we use Royal Mail International, Parcel Force International, TNT, Interparcel, Fedex, DPD, UPS and DHL.

Overseas delivery charges are based on country and weight. Additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods. If delivery charges vary due to weight and size Snowbiz will email you for confirmation of acceptance.
